GENIVAR to design a new LEED-certified trade school, ON

The 57,000 square foot building will be dedicated to the building trades. This project meets the increasing need for vocational training facilities.
GENIVAR in Ontario will be providing the civil, structural, mechanical, electrical consulting engineering services. In addition, they will also provide LEED Certification services.
The preliminary design brief and concept for this new facility has been completed and the construction is expected to begin in April, 2009 and completed in June 2010.
