a British Columbia Based Firm
The GENIVAR Income Fund is pleased to announce the acquisition of RFA Consulting Electrical Engineers Inc., a 30-employee firm based in Vancouver and Victoria, British Columbia.

RFA provides complete electrical engineering and lighting design services. The firm is specialised in buildings and other civil infrastructures and, it has developed cutting-edge solutions in green buildings. Sustainable building solutions are in great demand on the part of our clients and we are in a position to meet their needs.
The firm is committed to environmentally sensitive, sustainable engineering and is continuously advancing its electrical designs. Since 1992, RFA has completed many award-winning and LEED® projects, including the first LEED® Platinum Certification in Canada for Parks Canada, and, the Vancouver Island Technology Park project. This project received the first LEED® Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Buildings Council.

RFA was founded in 1974 and has 30 people working at the firm’s Vancouver and Victoria offices in British Columbia. They provide complete electrical engineering services from concept to commissioning for healthcare, institutional, governmental, commercial and industrial clients.
