GENIVAR Income Fund Acquires Phoenix Engineering
The GENIVAR Income Fund is pleased to announce the acquisition of Phoenix Engineering Inc., a Western Canada-based wind power consulting firm with offices in Calgary and Montreal.
Phoenix has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of wind resource monitoring and assessment and wind farm design. The firm provides consulting services to owners and lenders, who collectively operate over 80% of the installed wind power capacity in Western Canada and nearly 40% nationwide.
GENIVAR is now Canada’s largest wind power consulting company, offering a one-stop approach for integrated services in engineering. We will offer cutting-edge data management expertise backed by WindServer™ technology, meteorological tower installation, performance testing, project due diligence, feasibility analysis and development coordination, as well as providing detailed engineering and environmental services to our clients across North America.
