Montreal, February 9, 2009 – The GENIVAR Income Fund (“GENIVAR”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of ENTRA Consultants Inc. (“ENTRA”), an Ontario-based transportation planning firm with approximately 20 employees.

ENTRA Consultants was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Toronto. The firm’s clients include transportation agencies, municipalities and provincial governments across the country and prominent private sector developers, primarily located in Ontario.
