GENIVAR AMENDS ITS CREDIT FACILITIES
Montreal, May 23, 2008 – GENIVAR Income Fund is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed an amendment to its credit facilities (the "Facility"). This amendment provides for, among other things:
• The increase of the operating line from Cdn. $55,000,000 to
Cdn. $80,000,000;
• Greater flexibility regarding the incurrence of capital expenditures; and
• Greater flexibility with respect to the consummation of acquisitions
by GENIVAR.
